poor staffs rude behavior, have to change. no respect for people there. dont stay here. otherwise you will feel it

The staff behaviour is not friendly, specially with Indian guest ,,, no be boy to send luggage to room, we have to take by our own

It was a terrible hotel .... I book room for 2 people but they charged 500 Baht for 2nd guest .... The behaviour of the staff was very rude

Room was not good, looks like a cheap hostel, tea coffee station was there but no use. If you are lucky you will get a good shower. Shower head was broken. Front office manager behavior was terrible.

Hotel is a an average hotel. With basic amenities only. Don't book based on the pics shared by hotel.i even found cockroaches in my room.

Overall experience was pleasant. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially the luggage attendant who allowed us to store our bags for a short period after check-out. This small gesture made our travel much more convenient and is worth mentioning.

Very bad decision to stay in this hotel, room is not enough size for double sharing, breakfast is not good room service not available.

The management i very rude they are not willing to respond us for the queries and they charge for breakfast 250/ thb person though it has included in package

Worst stay i have ever experienced even they didn’t provide electric cattle for hot water if we need hot water we walk to lobby

Rooms are neat. Service is good. Breakfast was okay. Shopping areas in walkable distance.

Very bad staff and very bad room services and water system it is a very bad hotel.

Contrary to earlier reviews i found this hotel well cleaned, good staff response, walking distance from shopping malls, night market. Plenty of veg restaurants near hotel. Veg breakfast is not that good.

If any guest want to come the room they are charging bath extra. This hotel seems like a hostel old building hotel

The stay is average but expecting more from a 3 start hotel. But the staffs behaviour is not welcoming and i felt it like we are in hostel and they are the warden. Very strict.

Hotel reception staff not cooperative not proper response to make my trip we take room pool view but they give us room on ground floor and no pool view if it is given on 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, 4 th floor its ok to pool view. No pool view from ground floor.

Worst service food is good we need to deposit 2000 b as an security deposit, which is not fair also, they won't provide a kettle, we need to collect hot water from outside to prepare coffee

Wasn’t great, just to sleep overnight it’s pretty good. Great location for shopping and food with pretty much options for indian food
