Location of the hotel is excellent. It is on the main road and very close the buts station and the bus stop. Commuting is very easy to all parts of the city. The hotel is clean and maintains proper hygiene. Staff s are polite, efficient, helpful. All of them speak good english. Wi-fi service is very good.

Walking distance from hotel to all malls, like m bk, sim malls and central mall also. Hotel to safari world 25 min and airport 30 min by taxi. It's too good.

The hotel is quite good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its located at a primary location the train Station is very close. The room was bit small. The hotel doesn't have any amenities, the rooms are not sound proof the noise of trains and vehicles on the Road disturbs your sleep. The reception and cafe is one and the same which makes it bit cramped

Just another average hotel. Could have stayed in ibis or Mercure which was just beside this one. With much better staff. Plus you have to climb a few steps to the hotel but that is very steep. A mother to be or a parent with an infant or an elderly person would find it a little difficult to climb up the stairs. Other wise the rooms were just fine. Another problem was the staff. The acted friendly but were very mean. When I checked in she gave me rooms right on the 2nd flood in front of the BTS main Station. When I asked her to give me rooms on higher floor she said if she provides me room on higher floor both of rooms will not be on the same floor but I could See that the rooms were vacant on 7th floor on her computer. And receptionist in any case was ready to give rooms to us on higher floors. The window was huge right on front of the BTS Station so any body passing by can clearly See every corner of the room and after putting the curtains you can have enough light in the room.
