Grand Sukhumvit Hotel Bangkok

Grand Sukhumvit came as a huge recommendation from almost everyone I had spoken to about choice of stay in Bangkok, and it sure lived up to our expectations. This was our first visit to Thailand and we had just 5 days, so chose to stay put on Bangkok and not do the usual- Pattaya, Phuket, Huan Hin etc. Have kept them for the next visit. The breakfast spread at Grand Sukhumvit caters well to Indian tastes and they do it well. We ate out all rest of our meals to try out different local restaurants. Bylanes around the Grand Sukhumvit Hotel Bangkok during evening hours get crowded with usual Bangkok crowd, so be careful with kids.

We stayed in Hotel Grand Sukhumvit for 3 nights and it was a pleasant staying experience. The reception and check in was smooth. We reached very early and so they could give us a room by 12 noon instead of 2 pm and that was a nice gesture as we're tired by the journey. The complimentary break fast has food variety of continental and especially Indian. The tourist desk was very helpful and they arranged the taxi for near by visits very conveniently. Overall it's a memorable stay.

We arrived early and were given our room 4 hours earlier than the check-in time, staff is excellent, breakfast is good, Grand Sukhumvit Hotel Bangkok is clean. We stayed at one bedroom executive and the room was excellent, the view was decent and cleaning was performed daily. Just remember the glass water bottles are complimentary for daily consumption and not the plastic ones. A 2000 baht security fee is required at check-in which is later refunded at the check-out.

Revisiting after 2 years but not a single thing seems to have changed. That would normally be good, except that you expect the furnishings to regularly be renovated which didn't happen. It's still an aged piece of property, with old fashioned facilities. Still, I love coming here.

Very close to Nana Station, breakfast has many good options for Indian vegetarians. Spend 5 nights and our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Would like to return to same Grand Sukhumvit Hotel Bangkok again next time in Bangkok.

Hotel is locked in the middle area of the city but have a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. Nana metro station is at walking distance. Indian food is also available at walking distance. Cost is little higher but worth to pay.

It's a great Hotel and the room that we booked was Grand. They have great discounts online. In-house spa and restaurants are great. The Hotel location is also very good. It's well connected to metro and entire City.

100 yards away from the main road, it's a nice, quiet location, that is the plus point and a very good breakfast and comfortable stay make it a good choice for the next trip too.

Nice Grand Sukhumvit Hotel Bangkok with good buffet especially if you want to live near Nana Plaza.
