Bossotel Hotel Bangkok

We checked into Bossotel Inn hotel on 14 May . Moment we entered the room we found the floor tiles were badly broken. .We asked to be shifted to another room. In that room the AC was completely leaking . We complained to the staff and they said it will take more than 1 day to repair.We placed a bucket to collect the leaking water. After 1 day the AC leakage was fixed . The breakfast options were also very limited. The Room door locks were not working properly ,seemed to be a old hotel where amenities were not being maintained properly. The location of the hotel is good though being very close to the riverfront .Hotel is close to the Chau Phraya ferrypoint using which travel via ferry can be done .Access to ICONSIAM via these ferry is convenient .Next to the ferrypoint there is also a MRT station.

The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family stay. The staff were polite and humble and always ready to support for any requirements. It was a good experience staying in this hotel although we stayed only for a night.

Near the riverside. Location is good. Hotel facilities is good. You can shop even on foot. Staying is convenient. Staff is very cooperative. Value for money. It is a three star hotel but room and facilities are 4 star 5 star.

Street market near top shop mall is not to be missed. It is walkable distance from this hotel. Food is good but can be improved. Pratunam market is good area nearby to spend a day. One of the best hotels stayed!

This hotel is located near a shopping mall and a local market. Best thing in this hotel is they are arranging Tours and trips in and around Bangkok. For a peaceful stay this hotel is best compared to others in the same price range and buffet breakfast is also good

I came in at 8:00am and they did not have any problem with putting me in my room while some other hotels will tell you to wait until noon even if they have the room vacant. The staff is really friendly and effective. The housekeeping ladies are so smiley and they don't bother you at all while cleaning if you have to do some work. They even have a tiny pool at the fourth floor. All I have left is congratulate the hotel and the staff for making my stay so pleasant. Thanks,

Its at good location and totally value for money. Shopping and food are easy from here. Located close to the river, and we can take a boat to Wat Arun; close to other shopping destinations. Take a cab and explore the city.

Very good hotel, Cooperative staff, Neat and clean rooms ... Good place .. Near by shopping street, mall .. Good place for leisure, for tourist also ... The hotel is very good maintained and hygienic ..

The hotel is located is a quiet location about 5 minutes from the main BTS central station and river boat service. The room was big and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was lovely. They provide lovely and plentiful breakfast. I tried vary hard to find a fault with this hotel. Only fault I found is the TV channels - virtually no English channel. Excellent hotel.

Everything is amazing except food, for those who want veg food. In fact food quality is very bad except breakfast which was outstanding. Waiters don't understand English which is a major drawback. Nice options to buy tours from hotel. Excellent facility for airport pick and drop. Overall, I loved it.
