Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection

Stayed for 2 nights at the property. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bedding. Good shower. Comfortable if you are carrying 2 check-in luggage. Property is like 3-4 minutes walk from Zermatt station. Very close to the main Street full of restaurants and bars. Sumptuous continental breakfast. They provide coffee and pastries in the evening which is a bonus. The restaurant provides 3 course dinner for 49 Francs. Only negative point was that it was mentioned that it is a mountain facing room which was not fully true. there is a shared balcony for 3 rooms and if you step into the balcony you can see the nearby mountain, not Matterhorn. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay. Got a special deal on MMT which made the rates look okay considering how expensive Zermatt Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collections are.

The Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection was in perfect location and just 2 minutes walk to station, it was in close proximity to Zermatt main market as well. Breakfast was too good particularly the baked beans and scramble eggs. We had some good time staying in Zermatt, all thanks to the hospitality of the Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection.

The Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection was good with very good customer service specially reception manager Mr Mahamood. Location of Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection was not so good and you need to climb stairs there is no lift in the Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection. Breakfast was average. But at last worth for money I spend.

Nice location. Nice rooms. Breakfast included many options but not in vegetarian as usual. Nice place to.visit zermat. Near to train station. Just 2 min walking. Rooms with balcony, excellent view from balcony. Spacious washrooms. Overall good

Loved the ambience and superb hospitality. The Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection itself is a visual treat and their antique set up was the cherry on top of the cake. With a wonderful balcony view and free WiFi in the room, it was the perfect blend of nature and technology.

It's a nice cosy Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection right in front on the venice railway station. Five stars for location! staff is very friendly and helpful. The only flip side is that the Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection is a little old and rooms aren't very big. 4

The Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection was very good location hardly walking from the Zermatt station the property is nicely maintained. The view from the balcony is awesome and Matterhorn view. The Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection located centrally very nearby the market and all the place around is walkable distances.

Hotel sent me a pickup and drop to the station. Breakfast was good also the evening tea.

Very good location walkable distance from station. Clean rooms and spacious. A good breakfast and good customer service. Facilities in the room are adequate and what needed were provided. ( Iron board and steam iron). Would strongly recommend this Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection for stay.
