The location, facilities, service was excellent. The staff was really polite and helpful. The only thing needs to be improve is breakfast variety as there is no much options to eat

It was an excellent stay at stella, we had a wonderful time enjoying the nice room, great balcony view and also the wholesome breakfast ! the hotel has good amenities and very close to interlaken west station and many indian restaurants. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

We stayed for 4 nights and had the worst experience compared to all our stays in our 2 week europe trip. The rooms are small and seem outdated. On the top of it the staff was very inflexible. We had 2 single beds that they were not able to change. When we asked for a king size blanket, they said it is available only for higher category rooms. We told them we were vegetarian and wanted to ensure that there is at-least one hot veg item in the breakfast buffet. Our friends had suggested this hotel as they had included indian hot breakfast. They were not flexible on that. When we suggested to at-least have baked beans or mashed potatoes or hash brown potato (standard fare in us, they refused and said that they will charge extra for that. Even the staff seems to be changing every day. Except for 1-2 people everyday we saw somebody new at reception or breakfast. At breakfast staff did not pay enough attention on items being finished and we had to keep on requesting for items not being refilled. Overall a poor experience. For the price we paid we could have stayed closer to station with better views and better hospitality.

The staff was very kind and really helpful. The staff welcomed us with swiss chocolates which was unforgettable moment. Hotel has all the facilities like locker, kettle, clothes drying stand, hair dryer, swimming pool. Also best thing i liked was hotel provides free coffee in the afternoon. Overall experience was amazing.

The Hotel was extremely friendly and the staff was courteous and receptive to all needs. Free parking in Switzerland was a boom!

Do not think twice before booking this amazing Hotel. They take care of everything that you might need from a small shoe cleaning kit to stationary. You name it. Staff is super warm and welcoming and breakfast options are nice for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Loved it thoroughly

Hotel is very good but reception is closed after 11 pm to 7 am one Indian food item is there in breakfast.

Stella Hotel Interlaken is very easy to locate walkable distance from train station. Spacious rooms, superb view from rooms.

It's a nice hotel but very small room. Good location it takes 2 Mins from Interlaken west station and main market. Nice stay. But food is average. Breakfast is very bad for veg or non veg both. I had only bread with coffee for 2 days. Overall good as the location is good.

Nice and big family room, amazing and helpful staff and perfect location. Just a 5 mins walk from Interlaken west station. Very near to the local market and the casino. All and all a good value for money. Would definitely recommend for a nice stay at Interlaken.
