Good location with city views and spacious rooms. The staff was helpful. The breakfast spread was decent too.

This hotel is located nearby the Interlaken West station 8-10 mins walk they have good option for breakfast for vegetarian guests. The hotel has a lounge area for guests in which they can use microwave and kettle to heat the food like ready to eat, it also has tea and coffee making in the same lounge area. The room was the double room with two beds comfortable for 4-5 guests easily. Thanks

places was smelling foul. not maintained . need a deep clean. else location nd lift is gud. but it need a deep clean and also some rats to erected. though it was newly painted

The room were spacious but they were not as clean as expected based on the pricing. The furniture was torn. Would never recommend or stay in future at this price

This hotel will give you India like experience, just that they are running a scam to charge 500 francs if you leave the bathroom floor wet 😄

Pros: location wise this hotel was excellent. Cons: reception staff needs to learn how to behave, we were travel-ling with our kid & they put us on mezzanine floor room, we requested them if they can provide some room which are in same floor that with the lift, so that’s the problem and they started arguing. Even they asked asked if we don’t like we can go to any other hotel! this is very poor customer relationships.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location was good and close to bus stop and few minutes I’d walk from train station. Breakfast options were reasonable. Overall it was pleasant stay.

Decent hotel for family stay, very clean, only suggestion would be to add some lights in the corridor. It is too dark in the evening

The property is walkable from interlaken west. The property is much better than what i expected for the money i paid for. The rooms were well heated and big. The complimentary items in the rooms were very nice including chocolates, mineral water etc, breakfast was nice and it was a great stay with my wife here.

The hotel location is at the centre of main market. Around 10-15 min walk to either of train station. Not too many options in breakfast but can be managed. Prices were bit high when we booked as compared to the sizes of the room but comparing to what we were getting at other places, it can be considered. Staff is friendly and adjusting. Hotel takes care of hygiene. Washroom as small in some of the rooms that are major concern. But considering the location, hygiene, staff and the time you spend in hotel, it can be managed.

Nestled beautifully in the heart of Interlaken, WK was absolutely amazing. Room size was better than our expectations. Breakfast was good and servicing was excellent. A must stay if you want to put up in a 3 star in Interlaken.

It is a nice hotel, good on main market. Road location, but some of the things were below standard as no tea cattle in room very important for hill station. Check in time standard. Rest staff and hotel is good.

I have booked this hotel at the spot. Hotel room was neat and clean. Very spacious room and also separate space for kids to sleep. Lots of variety in breakfast. I am fully satisfied with this hotel and Service.

Is a great hotel, near to Interlaken West Station. Have provided a lounge for heating or boiling food. Staff and Hotel personals were friendly enough and gave right guidance for the places to tour from Interlaken. Best part was the room and there were lot of Indian restaurants around !!

No frills but value for money hotel nice centrally located ... Rooms were OK and clean. We stayed for 2 days rooms dint have kettle or tea maker ... We stayed there to go to mt. Jungfrajoch and it was nive station west is also walkable and nearby

Service of hotel staff was awesome. They had a special guest room where we could warm our food. Hotel was close to train station and main city centre. Tour guide was available at reception. Plenty of Indian restaurants nearby.
