A nice old fashioned hotel, liked the different vibe here. The evening reception staff seemed a bit cold natured though, not sure why. Gave a very unwelcoming vibe. The breakfast was better than expected although the croissant and others breads weren’t up to the mark v/s the other hotels in Switzerland/Europe where we experienced the same items. The room was tiny but cute, if one needs a kettle, they need to get it from the reception separately. Main problem were the beds, we booked a double room, however, got 2 twin beds- which had mattresses which were very uncomfortable and too soft (bad for the back). The beds were also smaller than other hotels - likely to fit them in the small size of the room. Their natural pond was quite unique to see and something picturesque with it facing a snow capped mountain. Also, another small con- their 1st floor smelled of some chemical, not sure what. The passage walls were looking new, so maybe they got it recently renovated and it was the smell of some adhesive chemical.

The hotel is neat and it’s on a prime location. Just 5 mins walk from the interlaken oust station. Very convenient. Room was cozy and clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good too. Only drawback, there was no air condition as it was summer time. I would give 4. 5 stars

Location - 5 mins from the Interlaken Ost train station Staff - Receptionist was helpful and welcoming Room - Small but functional. Old rooms and we can even hear whispers from neighboring rooms. Floor was very creaky and made lot of noise even if you walked. Good thing was there was a balcony with a table and chair WiFi - Excellent Did not have breakfast

Hotel was fine and centrally located. The staff was very courteous and helped us with the local itinerary. Breakfast was average, Hot chocolate was very good. Rooms are small and tight. No Air Conditioners and only table fans. That's a little problem in summers. Overall 6. 5/10.

Our stay was good. Staff is very cooperative. It is value for money. Good location. It has scenic views from all rooms. Breakfast is not of the taste of Indians. Good cleanliness. Near Interlaken OST train station.

Excellent location, our room had a nice view of mountains and lake! Few steps away from interlaken ost, which was very convenient to travel to and from stations. Room had a coffee machine but no coffee or sugar no minibar. Staff was courteous and helpful.
