No food is provided. Your own arrangement. Poor amenities that no water and glasses, cups in the rooms. Cleanliness is sub standard. An old property not being maintained properly.

The room was very clean and the view from the room was absolutely stunning.

The resort was quite big and looked old, but the rooms and bed were clean, so we had a pleasant stay. Our room on the 4th floor had a big window with a great view of the mountains.

The stay was about 2 kms from the main Interlaken station. we can hop on a bus and reach the hotel in about 5 mins. so transport is not an issue. The hotel was neat and clean and provided all the details as mentioned. They have a microwave at the ground floor which was really helpful and also had a kettle at room. Overall a very good experience. only downside was the room heating was not up to the mark and we were feeling a bit cold often

We had a pleasantstay at mattenhof resort. Well connected to interlaken main train station and all the rooms had perfect view of the snow mountains. It don't have any eatery in house but it has microwave, instant pot in the dining area for quick reheating. Superstore(coop) is also in walking distance

Interlaken is a wonderful place and we enjoyed a lot there. The mattenhof resort is a old resort with very less maintenance. The view from the room is very nice. That is the only saviour. There is a person with moustache and beard who sits in reception who is very rude and does not talk to customers well. He treats people very badly. You have to carry your baggage on your own to/from the room.

This property is close to a bus stop and it takes a few mins to go to station (interlaken west. On a good day one can walk also to the station - about 20/25 mins. We did not eat anything here. View from the room was excellent. It was a family suite and had ample space. Washroom was also clean and large. There is a microven on the ground floor that we used once. Didn't need any other service. Although needed to keep one small food container in the refrigerator as my wife is a diabetic but that was refused.

Location very convenient, connectivity services are good, staff vey polite. They have microwave at common area which was very helpful.

The location is a 20min walk from interlaken ost and you can take a bus(102, 104, 103) which takes about 5 mins to reach near the hotel. Its a lovely hotel but since it has close proximity to the mountains and the weather is generally pleasant the rooms do not have fans and air conditioning. They have great places to eat below the hotel and has hot water running 24/7.

The room has a view of the snow clad alps and is situated in a very quiet and serene location. Hotel lobby is convenient and has a nice bar and options to bring own food and eat
