Hotel with a nice view
We enjoyed our very short stay at this hotel . Must say their hospitality was very good . They severed breakfast . Prices I would say touch to the higher side . They gave us a top floor room with a Mountain View which was super .

Expensive and old
This hotel confirms again our view on the Swiss accommodation business: living out of past glory, not investing, not innovating.
I spend two days into Jungfrau Lodge during winter season for a business event at Grindelwald. Paying the usual high prices of Swiss destinations, I found a tiny room, furnished in the 1970s, mediocre clean. Breakfast was a joke, unhealthy selection of sugar and fat, not comparable to any up-to-date hotels. There was 1 (!) accessible power plug in the bathroom, so no chance powering the mobile close to the bed to have an alarm in the morning.
No way, think they want to die even before climate change forces them.

View is good.
No shoes in room is very nice rule .
WiFi is faster than other places , breakfast enough to get full but I would not recommended you to stay here if you are looking for comfort, it is very old Swiss hotel, from pillow to bathroom almost everything is very old but hair dryer and TV.

Nice people, food
Would probably not recommend staying here. Small, awkward cabins with springy, loud beds. Toilets and showers are far away from cabins which makes midnight trips to the bathroom a hassle. Restaurant is 10/10 though. Shop is also good, if not a bit expensive, but then again it is Switzerland. Staff were very friendly.
