Beautiful place. However, the property had not mentioned that they provide free shuttle service for pick up once from brienz station. We arrived late by 9pm. At station. New place. All dark. No transport. And property distance was 900m from station, that too up the mountain. Had to drag approx 90 kg luggage with my wife pulling my 4 year son on stroller up the mountain at 9pm was scary experience and bone breaking painful stake done be us. Property should have provided this information at-least by calling. I had called them to inform, that we will arrive late. Still they didn't inform us about this facility. So we faced a lot of trouble. However the property was worth staying. Beautiful luxury property with all amenities surrounded by serene beauty.
