Great Location & Amenities, But Terrible Check-in Experience

Location was great — very close to the tram and a supermarket. The apartment was affordable and had all the listed amenities, including complete cooking utensils. However, the service was extremely poor. Despite emailing twice for early check-in (once two days before and again before boarding our flight), we received no response. We were left standing outside in freezing Swiss weather for over 2.5 hours. The property was locked, unmanned, and password-protected, and we weren’t even given access to the common area. The phone number on the website didn’t work, and there was zero support. The manager later admitted the miscommunication was on their part, but the damage was done.
