Terrible Stay

Our experience at the hotel was disappointing. Check-in at reception took around 45 minutes, which was frustrating. The first room we were assigned had a strong smell of smoke, despite being labeled as non-smoking. After requesting a room change, they assured us an extra bed would be provided within 20 minutes, but it took over an hour to arrive.
