Terrible Stay
familyNo air conditions, renovations happening, no in room dining, if we need water bottle we need to wait for 30minutes, if we need extra bath towels we need to surrender existed one. U name it this place is having that embarrassment. Strongly recommended beware of this place. And at the end they will charge you for even tissues also.

The location of the property was outstanding with beautiful views of the valley and just 15mins away from the two most popular views in ella, little ad-am peak and nine arch bridge. Food was good, loved their buffet spread. Service could have been better as when we asked for a late checkout, the promptness in reply was not appreciated.
