Hotel Onrock

The location is not so easy to get to. It’s quite steep so it is difficult for cars to go up/down. The staff are nice however I cannot say the same about the room. Within one hour, we found several insects in the bedroom and washroom. The shower walls were filled with fungus and overall it was an uncomfortable stay especially considering the price that I paid.

Pros: good price. Good breakfast. Cons: lizards lot outside and few inside rooms. No telephone. No proper lighting inside. No hot water. Not value for money.

On-rock is perfectly located property in ella. The property is clean and staff is very helpful and welcoming. The welcome drink they serve is unmissable. Their rooms are spacious and offer great view from the balcony. The breakfast spread is limited but sufficient.

The property is in walking distance to ella central. The staff is very courteous and food is good too. Overall a good experience for us

Even though the hotel at that moment was not fully operational, the staff were super friendly and always on call for any of our needs.
