Very cheap, simple but not center

If you pay very low price and if you not gonna walking Globales Acuario center few times, then OK. Because: 1. Rooms are basic. 2. Hotel is 15-20/20-25min not easy (uphill) walk from center/main bus stop (but taxis are cheap). Im budget traveler so for me was OK, but I'm sure other people used to sleep in middle class Globales Acuarios would may complain details (getting shower -> water on bathroom floor, low comf matress, few times energy off, weak window view, etc.
