This property shines with stunning architecture, a lovely pool area, and beautifully landscaped gardens that create a serene atmosphere. Good Hotel but poor Housekeeping and Service
Nice property with a good feel. However service levels and general housekeeping standards are a let down. We checked in. Parking attendant was most unhelpful. Even when we walked inside to check availability he refused to allow us in claiming there was no vacant slot. And refused to come to with us to confirm the same. Room issues : rooms 170 and 172. In one room, no seating sofa, locks not working on both main door and second door leading to veranda. Curtain was broken. Toilet seat cover broken. No kettle for hot water. Second room no kettle, Phone not working and general hygiene low. Despite repeated complaints to the reception, issues remained unresolved. They offered another room on second day which was in another section of the hotel. Breakfast was good. In general disappointed. Could have been a good experience but for the issues above.
