Best place to stay in the heart of Madrid culture

Firstly, location is the best. Nearest to the metro and to plaza de mayor, Madrid Palace and good market. The staff is good, they can help you get around the City. Room was cozy but small, could have been a bit bigger to manage all the luggage for 2 people. Proper air conditioning. Missed the kettle in the room, it's a must addition.
