Excellent location in the city centre with metro station right outside. Very close to the train station for long distance trains. Night airport shuttle leaves about 500 meters away. Good lobby and restaurant and coffee shop. Internet WiFi works good. On the flip side the rooms are a bit smallish compact and mini bar slightly overpriced even compared to other Hotel Regina Madrids around. But all in all a good Hotel Regina Madrid at a reasonable price for a business trip or a tourist trip if you are not looking for too much luxury.

I absolutely loved the location as it is in the center with everything, from the hop on hop off bus stop, to the underground train nearby. The rooms were quite spacious too and the staff was quite helpful as well.

The location is excellent but be prepared for tiny rooms without a view. Whether the standard room or the superior-none have a view. I found it claustrophobic frankly. The breakfast is good. A large variety. The staff is friendly and helpful. No air conditioning till June.
