Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza

You guys looted me, you charged me double times for this stay. I paid and again hotel forced me to pay in property by mentioning they don’t receive the payment. You guys looted me while staying at hill park

The staff at the reception are very nice and helpful. We had booked a room with a king size bed but the rooms were not at all maintained. The toilet door did not even close as it was swollen. The water did not even drain properly. In our two days stay they did not even come for room cleaning. We had to call multiple times to get the fresh towels. Not at all worth the four star hotel.

Room service not available. New building is great. Good location. Serves morning breakfast which was not that great for taste. For Indians the Indian restaurant is nearby (walking distance) which serves great food. Shopping mall and metro station is just next to the hotel and other attractions are also close by. Airport transfers is not provided by hotel but we didn't had any problem as metro was closeby.

Location is good and located at centre of city. Limited service available with long queue at reception. Rooms are clean and big by european standards. No swimming pool in hotel as it was swimming pool for exercise. But gym is good and breakfast is also nice.

The location is a big plus for the hotel. However, the service isn't great. There is no room service even for delivery of water post 11 pm. The rooms are average at best. It is nowhere close to the courtyard marriott experience.
