Great location in the historic centre of madrid. The reception staff was super friendly and accommodating to every request. The big negative for us was the lack of natural light in rooms and breakfast area.

One thing I found interesting was happy hours in the evening when you get high tea free for as many times you need. The stay is comfortable with no noise from anywhere and view of the room was good. All in all recommend for stay in Madrid. However, you may not get a feel of a modern hotel but someone who like old charm would find this as a great place to stay.
