Shangri-La Apartments, Singapore

I had an amazing week-long stay at Shangri-La Apartments in Singapore. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The apartment was beautifully maintained, spacious, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Every team member I interacted with—from reception to housekeeping—was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The location was also perfect—peaceful, yet conveniently close to the city’s attractions and amenities. The pool, fitness center, and other facilities were top-notch and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Singapore. I’ll definitely return!

the TV's speakers bass is damaged. kindly check... would also be great to get a smart TV in 2025. another problem was the plug points being too difficult to insert chargers.otherwise overall the experience was very very good

Very good upscale location among greenery. Apartment has kitchen with utensils and spacious rooms. No easy mart access though. Better to book app taxi like grab for travel need.

The location was comfortable but the rooms have aged. But the hospitality was just awesome. Perfect for family with kids.

All was very good. Location was nice near to Orchard road, where all big brands were available.

Our room was on the family floor which came with a room containing all the amenities that those with babies and young kids need. The room was spacious and came with very useful items for kids and babies. We particularly liked the baby bedroom slippers.
Location was good. Convenient to get around the city. Market area and restaurant also not too far.

Good location. Walk able distance to orchard road. Spacious apartments and well maintained.
