Excellent location. Helpful staff. No room service but plenty of good restaurants nearby. Laundry provider nearby at reasonable cost. MRT station in walking distance. A value for money stay is assured but the washroom size is small. Manageable for solo travellers. Room amenities are great. The roof top restro bar is an added bonus with music. Overall, Jayleen 18 is surprisingly classy even though it’s a 3 star rated hotel.

Hotel room was a bit small but had all amenities. Room was being cleaned daily. Breakfast options were good for eggitarians, veg options were very limited . Still good experience.

Fantastic location & good rooms at a very reasonable price. The location is well connected by metro & all amenities nearby. Good breakfast also. Helpful staff as well. Rooms are larger than most other hotels in the same range.

we had taken 2 rooms, 1 twin room and 1 economy, twin room better than than economy, so ppl opt for twin bed room more. it's better. place in posh location, mrt station, clarke clay hotels near by. overall good.

Hotel was near to MRT station. It was clean, breakfast offer was good. Room size was small considering 4 member family.

Took 3 rooms for my family and I eat quite good and amazing location and easy to connect MRT by walk.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast could include more vegetarian options. The room size is small but it was well lit with a big window which did not make it feel compact for us. We liked the room. The room and toilets were clean. Cleanliness was taken care of very well. We would love to visit again.

room is very conjusted, no water given in room ,ac is not properly working it stopped middle of night and bed is uncomfortable, room is not hygienic
