Horrible service. Tap leaking, refrigerator not working, water kettle not working. No one cares when you call housekeeping or the front desk for assistance. The pillows had a lot of hair while checking in. Good facility but very poor management. Quality of service and customer care is worst.

businessI have very bad experience in hotel i had booked for 3days but checked out in 2 days only there is no service available i was calling whole one one bring single bottle of water in night no one pickup call room. Phone same issue i was calling first night stay for some thing no one even response very bad service if they can't bring means think about hotel reputation and management i was thirsty whole night without water to have medicine but on response
