Exceptional customer service, clean facilities and beautiful location

Exceptional customer service and smiling response, clearly represents happy staff. Very clean area, beautiful location, awesome views, unbelievable fresh breakfast with live cooking and lots of variety. Chefs are very professional. Rooms are very spacious, clean and even room service requests were very promptly addressed, very fast in response. Any staff you meet, you will be impressed with their customer service, be it at reception (chaima, restaurant (laura, kakaoon, munnu, manoj and many more) or conceirge (farhat. (one suggestion: the Qabila Westbay Hotel should make a contract with some nearby beach and offer beach access, may be at optional price but as a facility, this is the only thing missing. Great location in city center. Very helpful staff and great service. Food is very expensive. Breakfast was great but then we had it just one day since not affordable . Standard rooms were large and spacious . . The gym and the swimming pool were very basic and for a business Qabila Westbay Hotel the gym needs to be sufficiently functional for travelers to put in some good time. In the pool was very minuscule and hardly usable . Location is very central and good malls in close vicinity. Souk Vakif and beach very close by and easily accessible . Doha is preparing itself for the Big World Cup in 2022 and this is a good Qabila Westbay Hotel to opt for.

I spent 3 days here, the staff were very proactive and courteous. The view was good... Rooms were clean... Easy access to malls close by... Taxis were readily available just outside the Qabila Westbay Hotel. I will definitely come back.
