Doha Dynasty Hotel

Everything is very good with this hotel but little bit thnigs missed like regular use.. we have a kettle but no tae bags no coffee and cups , we dont have bathrob etc. things , if they provied it will be great stay with them

It is close to the city centre market - sou q waqif. Stay is very good - the rooms are very well ventilated.

The dynasty doha hotel has lot. Of areas of improvement. 1. Internet is very weak and subject to different rooms. 2. Hot water supply is also subject to which room we choose. 3. House keeping was done only once in 7 days, 4. Driving water bottle is not provided every day. 5. The bed is not comfortable and its high 6. The ac is also centralised and the button was not working and not cooling enough. 7. The reception/assistant is not responding promptly unless we go down stair to follow up. 8. The hotel policy says nonrelated couples not allowed, but witnessed many day visitors. Hmm ok now positive points. 1. The floor manager is very polite and humble in behavior. 2. The lady receptionist is also polite. 3. The hotel. 4. Location of the hotel is good and accessible to sou q metro, bank street and many restaurants. Over would not recommend this to anyone. Thats it. But i would like to highly appreciate make my trip for their prompt response after i complained in the app, i got call from india and assured me of assistance. But the next day until mid day i had to chase with the hotel staff which was not a good experience. But i would and i am highly recommending make my trip app for all. I have been using it for a long time and i am very satisfied.

Good service from Hotel and I was enjoy

Guy at reception was extremely rude, I booked a single deluxe room and I was given standard room and when I questioned this and guy at reception said If he will have it then he will give it, I checked in the room toilet was filthy, poor wifi network and uncooperative staff.

The employees here are good and very helpful. But the room was not okay for me. Everything in the room were complaint and the housekeeping department changed everything clear.

Walk-able distance to Saravana Bhavan, old Alghanim bus stand and Doha sports stadium.
I forgot my jacket on recognition, dropped an email immediately from Airport on the same day and subsequently twice to preserve so that either my colleague or I can collect during next visit to Doha. To my surprise, the Hotel management didn't go through the emails until I notified them of my jacket during my 26-Mar 2019 visit. The Hotel management assured me of updating the next morning. In absence of further once, I reminded them of the jacket and again assured of an update. I didn't get a call thereafter. Being a paid service oriented industry such as slackness and laxity attitude was never expected. I would have felt a bit happy if at least they have demonstrated such efforts. I prefer not going to this Hotel from now on and advise not to forget anything as retrieving will be a remote chance.

It was a good and pleasant stay in City

Neat rooms but the washroom is dirty. They don't even take the waste from room nor keep water, didn't even change bed sheets, even bed sheets were torn.

The hotel location is near the gold market and also close to Souq Waqif.

It is central location 2 minutes walk to bus Station and Souq waqif easy access to cornice and city center. No drinking water provided for our 10 days stay we bought it from outside. Only one power socket available near our bed which is not enough for multiple devices at the same time disturbed outside noise.

Hotel staff was not good and bathroom was leaking, WiFi doesn't work.
