I was found this hotel through makemytrip. Com. The hotel is on the really good location, for me the best location. Everything is closed including metro. The room was good and pretty clean. Staff was good but some of them should be more helpful or kind. When i ask a lady from receptionist to called me taxi, her answer was call on your own way! this is hotel, and the staff supposed to be helpful. The bellman was nice and tried to help. The breakfast should be a bit richer.

The room was not cleaned properly. The hotel feels like a 2 or 3 star property, at best. The buffet is limited and average. Location is close to sou q waqif.

Wifi is not working reception staff is not professional there is no guard to take your luggage from gate you have to ask them they will think of it. Television is having worst quality towels are very old.

The room are clean, big with a kitchenette, room services are good and very responsive, and its located near Souque metro and Souque market, main tourist attraction, corniche is walkable distance. there check-in and out timing are odd (12 and 3 respectively, so check the flight timing before booking.

All reception staff worst, not talking properly, taking in attitude.
