Best Western Plus Doha

It was one of the worst experience

The room had nothing in the snack bar even tho it mentions it being one of its amenities. The pillow cases had tears in them. The sofa had an aggressive hand print on it. The table had a cup stain on it. There were no universal adapters in the room, even though it’s at close range from the airport. Only the breakfast was good. The sink hole had no cover. The bidet would dance when the tap was on. There was a pink stain on the toilet. The Rods were rusted. The bathroom mat was hung on the shower instead of the floor

The smoking room was very dirty and TV broken they upgrade for non smoking room and also it’s not that much clean, car parking is very small and bad

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Complaining about inventory during check out

I fine it online. Food exllent, room was neat and clean, in hotel tunnel bub is amazing, friendly staff, good atmosphere

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room they assigned had a non-functional AC, displaying 18 degrees but still uncomfortably hot, and a strong smoke smell. I reported this to reception at 6 PM, but each time they sent the same dismissive technician. After multiple calls, the hotel finally moved us at 11:30 PM. Throughout, the staff seemed unprofessional and even laughed as I reported the issue. Overall, an unpleasant experience—I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is not suitable for family and unclean. Also, they are focusing only PUB. There is no separate lift for guests. Always smoke smell is there inside room. Not value for money and unsatisfactory performance.

Stay was good. Sound of pub activities was disturbing. Location and room size, breakfast is ok, near to cornice.

During my last visit to the hotel i found the furniture and sanitary facilities to be outdated and inadequately cleaned additionally the drainage system was in poor condition. The staff's attitude seemed indifferent, as if we were staying there for free rather than as paying guests overall the experience fell short of expectations in terms of cleanliness and service quality.

Overall it was a good experience including the breakfast. But would not recommend for family stay as it has multiple night clubs which would make uncomfortable for families with children.

Location is convenient room is spacious & clean food is good staff is supporting

Overall, i had a wonderful experience at best western doha and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one, and i look forward to staying again in the future. Don
