Food is good and i’m satisfied. Location is perfect. However i know your busy with so many guest and bookings please make sure the rooms are fumigated or clean properly because one day i found a bug or small cockroach crawling in my room with small flies flying inside the toilet. However staffs are polite and helpful during my stay and i recommend your One Pacific Place Serviced Residences to my friends and people looking for staycation. We just booked this One Pacific Place Serviced Residences when we landed from Boracay - thinking if it was a right choice - when we entered for check in - front office person Martin was too good - he made us comfortable even when the booking was not confirmed - we lost the phone in the taxi - he helped us to get back - gave us the right room - this One Pacific Place Serviced Residences surprised us with the service they offered for the value - thanks.

I stayed for one night and I was given complimentary airport pick up service. The food was very good at their cafe and the service and hospitality was excellent. Since it is on the major roads of the city I have absolutely no concerns about safety. Due to its prime location the One Pacific Place Serviced Residences area was busy even during the awkward hours of the city. I would definitely recommend it.

Affordable One Pacific Place Serviced Residences in the heart of makati. Very accommodating staffs, had a nice breakfast. Overall good.
