Need to improve room cleanliness and provide amenities like mineral water and better and clean linens

No hygiene bathroom are congested no daily room cleaning, quite an old property.. elevators are scary and not maintained door sensors are not working properly for all 5 elevators

I had a great stay at the property! The location is excellent—well-connected to nearby attractions and transport hubs. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and responsive, making the overall experience smooth and comfortable. Facilities like Wi-Fi and housekeeping were reliable. Would definitely recommend for a short or extended stay!

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Place The elevator service here is absolutely the worst. It’s incredibly frustrating to wait 15 to 20 minutes just to use it—and this happens frequently. Even after multiple complaints, there's been no real action taken. The management seems very casual about it and shows no intention of making any improvements. But it’s not just about the elevator. The overall service is poor and unresponsive. If you're considering staying here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Even if it costs 200–300 pesos more, it's worth it for better service and peace of mind. This place simply isn't worth the hassle.

I cannot say a lot of words but one thing that i will keep remembering and made my stay wonderful l its the housekeeping name ara. Thanks to her because she made everything in st. Giles hotel more easy. I want to affirmed her and hoping on my next 3-days more of stay i can meet more aura next time. Thank you st giles thank you aura job-well done. The hotel location was very good and the ambience is excellent. Nice and clean hotel.

The rooms are decent, staff is courteous, but the lifts are a big problem - elevators don't work. There were queues to get into elevators because only 2 were working out 4 for the 2 straight weeks i was there.

Located in a prime place. Night life is amazing in the surrounding streets. Good hospitality. Rooms are little smaller in size.
