The Hotel is located at a very good location at the Makati area in Manila. I stayed here for 3 nights from 7 Nov to 10 Nov 2025. I found the Hotel Stuffs are super courteous, helpful, cordial and professional. They always understood what I needed before even I have requested them. The breakfast was included in my package. There was something for everyone in the menu. Even for Indians too. Food was tasty, Ambience was cool. The restaurant staffs, when requested prepared Indian style Double-egg Omlet with extra onion and green chillis with nothing extra. All the staffs right at the reception to the security at gate treated me like a lord. Awesome experience. Highly recommended and Value for Money !!!

I had a great stay at the Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel Makati — the room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service felt personal and warm. I especially loved the breakfast buffet each morning — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Very good room. It was very spacious and clean. The Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel Makati is situated right in the heart of the Makati city. However the pool was a bit small and not deep which was disappointing but it doesn’t affect the good experience i had at this Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel Makati.

Nice location at makati city. nearby restaurants ( indian as well). Spacious studio apartment with electric stove, kettle, microwave, fridge. bathroom has jacuzzi. High rise building. kind and courteous staff.
