The hotel rooms are excellent

We had requested for parking facility. However, upon reaching they informed that they have not received such a request and cannot provide us with parking. Hence, we had to park in a public parking space and spend additional 45 NZD. Secondly, they have said that there is free WiFi available, on the website. We couldn’t connect or use the WiFi.

Had a pleasant stay here from 31st Oct 16 to 2nd Nov 16. The only grouse would be the distance from the city centre which is accentuated by the steep climb which made it an arduous task getting back to the hotel.
