Grand Hyatt Macau

We loved the room view and service.
The bathroom glass had love Recce written. I learned he or she was the previous occupant in the room because post shower the name appeared on the glass. People post shower write messages, the glasses if not properly cleaned those doodling are likely to appear again.

It was very nice and good experience to stay. Location and view is very good and excellent. Food were also nice. Spa services is excellent and value for money. Hospitality is very nice and very clean and hygiene. Mall is also nice. Overall excellent.

The only downside is the size of the casino.

Mini bar has enough thing to fulfil our needs, food was tasty and the staff is cooperative.
I liked room size, the view was awesome from the window, well-cultured staff they have, surely visit next time.

We went on our anniversary and the staff was very warm n welcoming plus as a gift we got an upgrade on the room, so our room was bigger n had an amazing fountain view. )

Rooms are spacious, curious Grand Hyatt Macau staff cleanliness, amenities, all good. The horrible thing is check in, it was a long que, took 1 hour 25 minutes to get my tern for check in, was exhausting, dampen the excitement of the day.
