Regency Art Hotel Macau

We had amazing experience staying at Regency Art Hotel in Macau. The property was beautiful and in really good condition, with great connectivity with the rest of the city. We could see the Macau Tower fireworks from the hotel and it was mesmerising. The food was delicious and the staff was very cordial, super high on etiquettes and services provided. Would definitely recommend the property to Friends & Family visiting Macau ❤️

We loved our stay here. It is very near to all the famous attractions including all the casinos. The helpdesk is extremely supportive and helpful. Boss stop is just outside the hotel and you get indian food in the hotel which is decently priced as well.

It is damp in the all rooms and. Hotel very stinky room worst ever intntl room i had ever stayed wont refund my money i get ill-my family suffer a lot all my documt pass get wet

Staying at this hotel is enjoyable. Good location, quiet place yet closed to shops at walking distance. Free shuttle bus to city from hotel is added advantage. Good room, good food and good courtesy. Free WiFi, swimming pool and spa facility is commendable. View from room is marvelous . .

Quite a lovely stay. The staff were accommodating, the breakfast buffet really nice as well. The only trouble is the location which is far from ideal however it makes up for the amazing value for money.

Awesome location and nice hospitality. Helped in travel planning and book taxis. We also got free vouchers to the famous wine and grand prix museum. Spa services are awesome and are free. Food spread was very good during breakfast buffet. Definitely go for it.

Hotel is right from the Victorian era, smells of seepage, everything is so old it is almost spooky. Wifi only in lobby, worst hotel to stay. I think there are better hotels in Macau to stay in. Everything is so old that you don't like it.

Nice location. Good connectivity to all parts of Macau. Nice facilities like gym, health club, swimming pool, steam sauna, jacuzzi etc. Nice breakfast and good options for vegetarians. Clean rooms. It was a great experience.

Good Points- Wifi is free in lobby. Shuttle availability to ferry and back. Not so good Points- Indian menu is very limited, just 1 choice each for veg and non veg, no super store or hotel available nearby, nearest is 25-30 minutes walk. One day we reached just 10 minutes before the breakfast closure time and requested we carry some food to the room which we were refused, does not talk great about hotels service and hospitality. Overall a average hotel from an Indian stand point.

I was not given accommodation on arrival even though I was there well after check in time. They were not able to trace my booking Id provided by MMT. After waiting for one hour I was provided entry to room. On website it was written we would get wifi access but that was limited only to lobby and wifi in room was chargeable. There was not enough illumination and not even a single socket was there where mobile could be charged.

Hotel was just 2.5 kms. from my business seminar venue. It is also centrally located. Very economical but all facilities were available. Very good reception lobby with wifi facility. Good canteen food taste. Hygienic everywhere. Free bus service for selected spots.
