Pros: Awesome Rooms. Spacious and Clean. Courteous and Polite Staff. Nice Swimming Pool. Indian Breakfast option for a change. Cons: Travel to Sofitel was a pain as we had to wait for almost an hour for the shuttle as we were 3 families with luggage. Casino at Sofitel was underwhelming with most tables playing only Baracat. Travel to other locations in Macau from Sofitel is a pain as there is not great connectivity. Lack of Metros to cite an example. Overall Good Hotel but if you are looking for better Casinos try Venetian and MGM although they are bit expensive than sofitel.

Great place to stay. Comfortable rooms with all the things required. Neat, clean and modern. Friendly staff. Had a quick check in without any hassles. Checkout was easy as well. Room service was quick. The MJ Café had late night food that saved me from starving. Had a really good night sleep. I still don't understand the 3 pm check-in and 11 am check out at Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16s. Do they really need 4 hours to clean the rooms?

Hotel is with casino and friendly stop... They have shuttle for ferry but not to airport or local.. As Macau is spread along from this Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16 going by taxi is expensive when want to see the Macau Highlights... Otherwise rest is very good.. Value for money...

Nice experience overall. Very beautiful location besides sea. Friendly staff. Clean swimming pool next to the sea. I am vegeterian and staff cooperated so well in warming our own food. That was very kind of them. Shuttle service was excellent. Thanks everyone in Sofitel.

It was excellent Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16 loction wise facilities wise. Staff were very courteous. HOTEL STAFF UPGRADED OUR ROOM VOLUNTARILY. IT WAS A SUITE AND BREAKFAST TEA AND DRINKS WERE COMPLIMENTARY. I PREFER THIS HOTEL ANY TIME WHEN I AM IN Macau

Staff were amazing . Nice location, comfortable bed . They have the shuttle buses to the boat terminal and airport . MJ cafe is a best place to grab some beers with nice food . One of the best Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16s to stay in the heart of Macau

Awesome property, food was great, rooms were beautiful and spacious. The view from the room was also amazing. This place is walking distance (5-7 mins walk) to many nearby attractions, like senado square, st paul ruins, museum of macau.
