Stay was comfortable. However, lot if shortcomings were observed. After our chek in, we found that the water in the shower was not working, few lights in the room were not working, the telephone was not working. These were from one room. we had six rooms. don't know about others. We had the rooms booked 2 months in advance and the West Wood Hotel knew our arrival dates. Why did they not check all the rooms prior to allotment? No doubt, the rooms and wash room were spacious. just these fine tunings should give them an upper hand

Location - very good with lots of greenery; Facilities - generally good, however shower area in the rooms doesn't have doors, hence water spills out of the shower area which can result in guests slipping and getting hurt; food, good spread, however limited for a pure vegetarian; Staff - courteous, polite and very helpful; Lobby - quite spacious and impressive.
