Lantern Serviced Apartments

True Review- I stayed in Lantern service Apartment from 11 September 2025 to 14 September 2025 ( 3nights ). The hotel was good. WiFi, mattress, location, security are all perfect and having a balcony is a signature amenity. But I was harassed by the manager and the girl at the reception at the time of check in ( around 4:00 pm ). The manager and the girl told me that we are not taking any online booking and if you want to check in you have to pay extra that’s is . After requesting 15 minutes, they didn’t allow me to check in. when I decided to book another property and leaving the hotel then suddenly girl came to me and said - I talk to senior manager and now you are allow to check in. . I am the only person who stayed in such a big property for 3 nights I request MMT please black list such type of property

The hotel location is the prime area of Nairobi, specifically if you are Indian, then you will get lots of Indian restaurants nearby and supermarket which have a good amount of every kind of products. The hotel staff is also polite and cooperative. One thing I missed over here was there is no fan installed. Since it’s a service apartment and they provide cooking utensils, the fumes will stay inside the room abd that may affect the sleep. Also mosquitoes buzzing sounds will be there because of absence of fan.

Good, neat and clean and safe property to stay in nairobi. There is shopping mart nearby so you can buy essentials easily
