Stay was excellent the only point that Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka can improve is the english speaking staff. Considering it’s a global brand we expected more english speaking staff. Also, travel desk could have been more helpful. Having said that they did helped them a shipping our baggage which was a great help.
