We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Shin Osaka. The Holiday Inn & Suites SHIN OSAKA is just a few minutes' walk from Shin Osaka Station, making travel very convenient. Our suite with a small kitchen and washing machine was perfect for the family, especially the kids who truly enjoyed the stay. The facilities and friendly service made our visit memorable. Highly recommended for families visiting Osaka!

Amazing room and good food. The bed was comfy and humongous making it very convenient. The kitchen just made the room better and better. The bath tub was just the cherry on top! good food with some vegetarian options. The Holiday Inn & Suites SHIN OSAKA's connectivity with the city was just excellent due to the location and shuttle service which's frequency was very often. The staff was friendly.

An excellent property although a little far from the shin osaka jr line, but the Holiday Inn & Suites SHIN OSAKA makes up for it with free shuttle service every 20 minutes. Although i did not opt for breakfast but the setup seemed sufficient and well spread. The staff is friendly and attentive about things that matter. The neighbourhood is peaceful with a lawson store right opposite the property.
Best service with good staff and also very good size of room and bathroom.

Had a comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Shin Osaka. Though the rooms are small which is common in Japan, bathroom has decent space. Staff is courteous and supportive.
