The people of japan, i can safely say are the best people in the world, most humble most courteous and most respectful. The same goes for the staff in this The Westin Osaka. Hotel is good with spacious rooms and big bath rooms. The buffet spread was a small one but enough to fill you up. Overall the stay was very pleasant
