The hotel was neat and clean. Rooms were very small though. Breakfast could have more variety. Overall, good stay

The location of the hotel is good, close to dotonbori. The rooms were extremely small and the amenities if needed were only available at the lobby.

Though the location is good, room sizes are very very small especially the beds. It will be much more difficult if you have a kid also. Amenities were also not good.

The hotel recpetion was very bad It smelled of ruined and spoiled carpet everywhere There were lots of anti social people roaming around

I booked this for a friend of mine and she being a clean freak was so happy about the room. It was perfect for a single person. She was very happy to have a bathtub and it was a bonus to have so many types of bath salts on the reception. Overall surely recommended especially those who want to walk to all the famous places

We loved the hotel location as it is just 2-3 min walk away from the famous Dotonbori street. After a hectic day of roaming around the city, our dinner was sorted because of the close proximity of Dotobori street (which is full of food/shopping options). Also, the hotel staff is friendly and understands English.
