Location of the hotel and the friendly staff compensates other shortcomings

Location perfect, very limited option for vegetarians, chefs or even the manager does not have flexibility to serve an omelet ( i'm place of scrambled eggs that they serve in the breakfast, room size rather small so the queen size bed can hardly accommodate two persons. Stay otherwise good, housekeeping, front desk and the baggage service staff very helpful

Best decision ever. Right at shinsaibahsi metro station, close to all the shopping centres and streets. Walking distance to glico sign, what more, Hotel Nikko Osaka is clean and staff are helpful. Also, airport shuttle bus service is available but need to purchase at 12am, and on first come first serve basis.
