Great location, easy access, clean hotel

Positive- great excellent location, easy access, clean hotel, Negative- rooms are very small just 1. 5 feet around the bed, no room service. Neutral-small but manageable lift, air conditioner works just fine, limited breakfast option. Overall for 7500 rupees per night I expect little larger room and room service.

Staff were very friendly; they guided us with info on local excursions. Excellent location; if you have less luggage and very close to the square and San Marco station. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast could have more options. We stayed for two nights and there was no problem at all.

Do not stay. Very greedy. Staff not helpfully. Very small room and charge me extra to my card. Staff behavior is not helpful. Be aware of your card they charge extra, they block my card and did not release. Very greedy staff. Will never stay again. There are many good hotels near this hotel.
