terrible, horrible stay. room ac was not working. rooms was very dusty and even lobby of room was extremely dusty. unclean common area.shower has no door ,so all water from shower flows to bathroom all over. on complaining reception lady told she can't change room and if we want we can check out and get other hotel but no refunds. very unsupportive and un professional behaviour. very bad hotel. my advice is never book this hotel. there are far better options in Venice mastre .

The location was good , it was near to Railway station and centre of Venice but the breakfast was not good , the menu was set and you can’t find much items. The hotel mein entrance was locked midnight and you to need unlock it the door at you own as they provide you the key at the time of chekin.
