It was our first time in Venice. The hotel location was 500 metres from Rialto Bridge Boat Stop. We had to drag our luggages from station to the hotel. There are no proper road only bricks road on which we had to drag the luggage. About the hotel, we were given a room on the 3rd Floor but to my surprise there was no elevator. We had to climb 3 floor with our heavy luggage. This information should be given prior to our booking. There was no information about the hotel, elevator, access to the hotel on make my trip. Please provide such details before booking.

businessThe room smelled like hell. Electric sockets in room was not working. They provide me tea machine which plug was unable to connect with socket. Rooms they don't have proper bed, pillow, bedsheet and blanket. And also the bathroom was very far from my room. If you wish i can share the pics

Poor maintenance Old hotel. No elevator. Small rooms Inside small lane. But it is in Venice main island. The only good part.

Ready for 7 Euro city tax

First of all, they charge city tax and don't provide receipt for the same. Single room was too small. However, it was very clean. At the reception, they were very helpful. Overall it was okay. Don't expect grand breakfast but it was good.
