location was awesome. 2 minutes walk from the Venice railway station. 1 minute from all water transport. Quiet alley away from noise and disturbance. food was average and we took away a dry packed breakfast. amenities and services were adequate. over-all value for money

Front office staff were very courteous and helpful. Room was very small. It had no AC - they said they would turn it on only after May ! Bathrooms were very small too. We stayed here for one night and it was manageable. Lift/Elevator was painfully and ridiculously slow. It was too small too. Hotel is very near to the station and boat rides. Breakfast options were good, not great. Hotel staff were all very helpful and courteous.

It was a wonderful stay. The location of the hotel is convenient. The hotel staff is cooperative and allowed us to keep our luggage before the check in time and even helped us with the directions to the places to visit. The room was spacious with a separate bathroom, though it was just next door. Breakfast spread was lovely and delicious. Would recommend it to anyone visiting venice. Don't have images

This is a nice comfortable Hotel very near to st. Lucia train Station. Value for budget Hotel with basic amenities. I you want budget Hotel near train Station, go for it.

Proximity to train Station and walking distance from places on interests in Venice. Comfortable for a night stay.

Best best part of this Hotel is very near to the railway Station, and the bad part is bathroom, you can't proper stand or move while Bath
