Residenza Luce

A cosy hotel , very near to the Pier , and all the hotels . Rooms were medium sized clean and functional , the best is , a super cooperative staff ( they are the owners i guess ) , very nice breakfast .

Just one word! superb! have travel-led the world and best of properties. But nothing beats this one in terms of location, hospitality and what not. Vincenzo celia what a human he is. Never come across such a good soul. You feel home away from home and he and mamma takes care of your every need like anything. Keep up the good work. Our stay was wonderful! vincenzo and his family are such gracious and warm hosts. They helped arrange a car to pick us up from the airport, they helped carry our bags from the main square where we got dropped off, they were ready with suggestions and recommendations for everything from restaurants to ferries to the weather. Location: very central. Everything was within a stone's throw as the hotel is on the main street with restaurants and small shops/grocery stores. The bus and ferry stations are about a five minute walk. The duomo is a two minute walk. Rooms: the rooms are beautifully done, clean, brightly lit and very comfortable. With clean linens, bathrobes, a minibar. Plus they have a balcony with chairs to sit on. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast: the breakfast was on the terrace with a spectacular view of the hillside, church and the ocean. Breakfast included a mix of cold cut meats, cheese, cereals, juices, eggs, bakes, pancakes, pies, croissants, tarts, coffee/tea. All in all it was a wonderful visit and we definitely recommend residenza luce to anyone visiting amalfi!
