Domus Spagna Frattina Prestige Suite

the location was perfect, the rooms were large enough, and the beds were comfortable. but the first room i was in, the toilet flooded. luca moved me into the suite, but there was still issues flushing the toilet and the sink also flooded when in use as well as a putrid stage smell coming from the shower. the toilet smelled like urine. and the comforter had stains. I cleaned as much as i could with my Clorox wipes and things from the pharmacy. it could be a nice stay, but there are plumbing issues, and it needs to be properly cleaned. I usually never leave a bad review, but this place needs some attention before renting it out.

If it was just for the room i would have given 5 stars. Rooms is exactly as shown in pictures and location can't get better, it's the beating hear of rome. But you need lot of patience to deal with them, they don't have a front desk which is fine if they pick calls. They never pick calls, i walked outside the hotel for half an hour not knowing how to get in and the guy who was supposed to check me in came and asked if i am waiting to get in the hotel he saw me walking up and down multiple times, so i got lucky and got in. 4th floor lift stopped working, it's an old italian building happens completely fine but you have no option to contact anyone. I wanted help with an airport cab again no one picked up. What if i get stuck in that lift, i will be stuck there till someone find me if they do. They are surviving only because of the location and property. I am not sure how no comments mention these issues.
