Novotel Roma Eur

It’s situated very bad location and the hotel staff was not cooperative. Also in the breakfast very less item for vegetarian family.

We had been asked for extra payment of €90 .This must tell us.Also the staffs are not cooperative

God stay comfortable . Food was not good it was more of breads and fruits . No omlet . No options for vegetarians

The internet was not working. the AC was shut by the hotel as per their norms. was fuming in the room, only to open windows n sleep in night.sad breakfast options.overall a very bad n sad experience. Will not recommend this hotel

Nice hotel and good housekeeping. In reception at day1, it was found the arrogance. But, later on all fine. We can rate the breakfast also high. The overall experience of stay was good.

It’s was nice experience the room was clean and house keeping was good and it’s very near to bus station but little far from train station

Optimum stay in Rome for this hotel

Though a bit far from City center, stay is extremely comfortable

Experience was good, hotel has all the facilities with hygenic conditions. The restaurant do not operate on saturday and subday (which sounds funny), the restaturant staff showed pure biased approach during breakfast time, they do not give even a smile to clients (most pathetic). We enjoyed because we have more facination towards Rome city.

Neat rooms, polite staff and overall a well maintained property.
