Perfect modern gem in centro s....
Lovely. Modern, clean and perfect location. Value for money, I've stayed in many hotels in Rome which are dated, this is on point and ticks all the right boxes for a weekend away.
Right by piazza navona and short walk from all other main Rome attractions. Lots going on closeby. Noise wasn't an issue, great for young people or those who want central but a real taste of Roman life. Rooms were spacious and finished to a very high standard, including bathrooms. Would highly recommend.

What Kind of service is this
The guy that worked here ruined my experience. the noise didn't bother me at all but when I pay top dollar to stay here the last thing I expect is a snotty employee by the name of Dylan to attitudinize my experience. Never coming back again

Dream trip to Rome.
We checked in and the hostess spoke English and made our first international hotel stay perfect. She was gracious and happy to give advice for places to see an eat. The room was nice and the breakfasts were excellent. The location is central to see the site of Rome.

I get that this place was turned to a hotel. Noisy bars and clubs close by thats fine but I could not believe their staff smug guy even had the nerve to give me his name Dylan Sarnelli what a piece of work can't believe just anyone works on the hospitality industry now a days

We spent an anniversary vacati....
The Navona Palace Residenze di Charme aka Navona Palace Luxury Inn was a disappointment and here is why:
1. The entrance is “a hole in the wall”. Not even some locals would know where it is.
2. The furniture is cheap plastic. The bathroom ceiling has areas with flaking paint?
3. You have to call the reception and ask them to turn the air conditioner on. When it is on, an annoying blue light in the bedroom ceiling is lit. The temperature cannot be adjusted to lower than 21C/72F. I like it cooler when I sleep
4. We had a room on the third floor and the street noise up to 2AM was loud and impacted our sleep
?5. The bathtub/shower didn’t drain properly. We stood in dirty water up to our ankles while taking showers
?6. The “upscaled” room didn’t have a safe (room 312)?
7. The Wifi is annoyingly slow
?8. Not as friendly as other 4-5 stars hotels we have stayed at
9. I would rate this hotel a 2 or a 3. There is no “charm” about the hotel. A 4-5 star hotel should not have the deficiencies listed above
A few advantages:
1. It is very central. Walking distance to Piazza Navona. Taxi drivers know where this is and the walk to the hotel is a couple of blocks.
2. It was clean.
